Overall, It's beautiful and seems well made. But it does not show or explain that the product is one-sided. The front side is beautiful and glossy. But the back is matte and unfinished. The ordering process allows you to choose an engraving design, as well as upload your image. That gave me the impression it would be double-sided and have my chosen design on one side, and the other image I supplied on the back. So I was disappointed there. Lastly, the chain and loop connected to the pendent gets caught sometimes and it causes it to hang funny. Could be better designed so the chain and the connecting piece don't get hung up. Again, overall, it's beautiful, but there's some room for improvement.
